Innovative piling techniques for offshore wind turbines
Design developments for solar tree and solar artefacts
Designed cable trays, walk-ways, ballasts in Rooftop projects
Non-penetrating type solutions on industrial sheds
The company has created an asset base of ~ 1GW of operational and under construction utility scale wind projects. In our journey from an Independent Power Producer in renewable energy to becoming a cleantech entity, we have invested extensively on the state-of-the-art central monitoring system which aces our performance management capabilities. Our strong sense of design, pool of talented engineering professionals and adherence to HSE norms contribute majorly to this success.
State wise power capacity of projects (MW)
The company has created an asset base of ~ 1.5GW of operational and under construction utility scale solar projects. Our complete engineering design process is driven through SOPs. Our in-house design team includes engineers and experts in solar, module, geotechnical, structural, EHV system and Central Monitoring System (CMS). Our impeccable design philosophy, best engineering practices and faster adoption of futuristic technologies ensures that HFE emerges as a leading player in the renewable industry scenario globally.
State wise power capacity of projects (MW)
Over a short span of time, the company has developed a pipeline of ~500MW of large-scale grid connected solar projects across Europe (including the UK) and Asia (including Bangladesh, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines and Indonesia).
The current portfolio includes 1.2GW of wind and solar power and an additional 1.5GW under construction or planned. The Company has a 2022 growth target of 5GW of installed and operating capacity. As the global economy continues to grow and demand cleaner power, HFE will assist its clients in reducing their dependence on power generated by fossil fuels like coal, oil and natural gas to fight back against climate change. Alongside traditional renewable projects of solar and wind, HFE will look to deliver futuristic renewable energy projects utilising new technologies including battery storage and floating solar.

Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) tool is used to assess which hazard poses the greatest risk in terms of likelihood of their occurrence and their potential impact, across our project sites. All significant risks are then addressed through operational control procedure & management programs. The effectiveness of control measures are monitored through periodic audits. In case of disparities we have a grievance redressal policy that promotes healthy employee worker relationship by providing a predictable, transparent, and credible process to all stakeholders. Under the guidance of our investor, International Finance Corporation, India (an arm of the World Bank Group) and in consultation with a third party, we have developed an Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) for our wind/solar sites.
